Getronics has been acknowledged as Leader by Information Services Group (ISG) in their 2024 ISG Provider Lens ™ Future of Work Services for both the UK and Brazil.
In the UK, Getronics has been recognised as a Leader in the “Managed End-user Technology Services – Local Specialists” category, which evaluates service providers specialising in managed services for enterprise IT departments. These services include end-user technology, cloud workspaces, and endpoint security. ISG noted that “Getronics delivery has a robust operational structure where customers are the focus. Providing customers with consistent deskside and remote support in their local language and cultural understanding, all from a single contract and unified process.”

In Brazil, Getronics was recognised as a Leader in the “Smart and Sustainable Workplace Services” category, and as a Rising Star in the “Continuous Productivity Services (including Next-gen Service Desk)” category.
The “Continuous Productivity Services (including Next-gen Service Desk)” quadrant evaluates providers’ abilities to support next-generation workplaces, human-centric environments, and fully integrated hybrid working models. ISG recognised Getronics in Brazil as a Rising Star in this area, highlighting that “55% of its customer base already uses experience metrics alongside SLAs, with metrics tailored for each user and interconnected throughout the service chain.” A key strength noted was Getronics’ use of Advanced GenAI to “emulate synthetic data and future scenarios, for predictability of events and problems, automatic correction of incidents and unique customer use cases.”

In the “Smart and Sustainable Workplace Services” quadrant, ISG assesses providers that enable IoT-powered smart physical workplaces while helping clients achieve sustainability goals. Here, Getronics was named a Leader in Brazil, with analysts highlighting that “Getronics has become strongly committed to sustainability responsibility, transforming the experience acquired and awards into an ESG consulting service for the market.”
