On 28 June 2021, the EU approved adequacy decisions for the United Kingdom. This means data can continue to flow as it did before for the purposes of Getronics customer contracts.

The decision is expected to last until 27 June 2025.

The General Data Protection Regulation has been kept in UK law as the UK GDPR.

This means that existing customer and Getronics’s data flows to the United Kingdom from the European Economic Area (and vice versa) can continue as before without any further requirements.
