“Don’t pitch digital transformation as a radical change” – Harsha Gowda Siddaveere

I’m a CIO and I’m more excited than ever.

There’s the pressure to drive innovation while managing our complex IT ecosystem. For our customers I want to ensure a seamless user experience, all while staying ahead during a time of the fastest technological changes I’ve ever experienced. It’s exhilarating, and also exhausting.

When I talk to my peers they all tell me the same thing: We’re struggling with balancing remote, in-office, and hybrid teams while making sure they can collaborate in a secure environment. As cyber-attacks become more sophisticated, we struggle to keep a step ahead to protect sensitive data.

We’re stuck with outdated systems – and their gatekeepers – hindering our ability to fully embrace digital transformation. Keeping top talent is an ongoing problem. As our budgets tighten and demands for IT services increase, budget control becomes a constant balancing act with innovation.

Of course, I’m privileged to work for a business that creates solutions designed to tackle these challenges head-on, so I know how to flip the script.

My approach?

We all know how to solve these problems on a solution level. What’s more important: work on breaking down internal silos, educate internal gatekeepers on the value of having one source of truth by showing them tangible outcomes.

Don’t pitch digital transformation as a radical change, instead break it down into multiple small steps to excite and take along everyone in your business.

Outsource IT services so you can free up your team to focus on what really matters.
