EcoVadis has recognised the hard work of Getronics with a Committed Badge for progressive ESG performance.
The EcoVadis group is a trusted provider of business sustainability ratings with a network of more than 130,000 rated companies. They use a range of principles to evaluate an organisation’s sustainability impact and goals. Groups of experts assess businesses, considering their size, industry, and transparency, awarding them a badge for their commitment to sustainability and their progression towards their goals.
Getronics has always known that sustainability is a global responsibility, and as a global organisation we take our accountability seriously. This is why we’re thrilled to have been recognised by EcoVadis with a Committed Badge.
The badge shows that we are firmly on our journey towards our sustainability goals, and progressing every day. To be included in this group of recognised companies gives us a positive outlook to work harder and develop more.
We are really proud of the strengths highlighted in our recent EcoVadis assessment. One area that stood out was our high-impact score in labour and human rights. At Getronics, we believe that our people are the heart of every organisation, and we are committed to providing our team members with high-quality support they need, wherever they are.
Our environmental policies also received a high-impact score. We’re striving to create a standard policy on many environmental issues, keeping a baseline of sustainability responses in place for every situation. An environmental policy on energy consumption & GHGs is also one of our key aims, finding and providing solutions to energy consumption, keeping technology efficient and low-impact.
So, with 2025 just on the horizon we’re developing our future goals based on the recommendations from EcoVadis. This has been a great opportunity to continue to commit ourselves to minimising our environmental impact and keeping sustainability at the heart of our services.
This is just the start of what we hope to achieve, Getronics is only getting greener.
